Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively connect with potential investors and homebuyers through outbound calls.
Investment Consultation: Understand clients’ investment goals and provide tailored property solutions that align with their needs.
Sales & Negotiation: Present real estate opportunities persuasively, address objections, and guide clients toward making informed investment decisions.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and confirm site visits and meetings for interested clients with the sales team.
Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture long-term relationships and maximize conversions.
Market Knowledge & Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing strategies, and investment benefits to provide clients with accurate insights.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain an organized database of leads, interactions, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
Experience: 1-2 years in telesales, real estate, banking, or investment consulting (Real estate experience is a plus).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Confident and well-spoken with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
