We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inbound Call Center Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Only night shift available for both Male and Female Applicants. Full Time: 9PM-6AM 12AM-9AM Part Time: 7PM-1AM 1AM-7AM 2AM-8AM Customer Support Representative | CSR Required | JOBS *Key Responsibilities:* - Answer inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries efficiently and effectively - Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate when necessary - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software *Requirements:* - 1-2 years of experience in an inbound call center environment. Freshers can apply as well - Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations - Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software - High school or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred *Working Conditions:* - Work in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions - Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
