Description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for import and export freight operations, including but not limited to cargo loading and unloading, transportation coordination, and preparation and review of related documents.
2. Manage and track trailer dispatch during transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the destination.
3. Handle customs clearance matters, maintain good communication with customs and relevant authorities, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (such as carriers and customs brokers) to ensure the efficiency and compliance of the freight process.
5. Resolve unexpected issues during transportation and customs clearance, providing efficient solutions.
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years of work experience in international freight or related industries.
2. Familiar with trailer operations and processes; practical experience is preferred.
3. Knowledgeable in import and export customs clearance procedures and related regulations, with practical customs clearance experience.
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Proficient in office software; experience with related logistics systems is preferred.
7. Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and possesses strong sense of responsibility.
