We are a vibrant and innovative ice cream parlor in Lahore, seeking a talented and experienced Ice Cream Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious, high-quality ice creams and a flair for developing unique flavors. If you have 2-5 years of experience in making artisanal ice cream or similar frozen desserts and are excited to bring new ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of ice cream flavors and textures, ensuring exceptional quality and taste.
Develop new and seasonal flavors to keep our menu exciting and fresh.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety standards.
Oversee ingredient sourcing, storage, and inventory for efficient daily operations.
Collaborate with the team to create eye-catching displays and garnishes for a great customer experience.
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience as an Ice Cream Chef or in a related field.
Knowledge of ice cream production methods and flavor pairings.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for dessert-making.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
