The Huawei HS8125C is a multi-functional gateway device that provides connectivity for various communication needs. It has 1 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) port, 1 Fast Ethernet (FE) port, 1 Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) port, 1 USB port, and built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
The GE port can be used to connect to a high-speed internet source, such as a fiber optic network. The FE port can be used to connect to a device that requires a lower speed connection, such as a desktop computer. The POTS port can be used to connect to a traditional telephone line. The USB port can be used to connect external devices, such as a printer or a storage drive. The built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi allows for wireless connectivity for devices such as smartphones and laptops.
It is a combined solution of ONU and router, with functions of data, voice, and WiFi. It supports various service access modes and can be used as a CPE or in a HGU (Home Gateway Unit) mode. It supports voice call, SMS, and USSD features and also support TR069 management.
