Position Overview:
As an HR Specialist at [GARRISON], you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and managing the onboarding process.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling documentation, reporting, and audits as needed.
Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Support HR initiatives aimed at diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
