Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our call center's HR functions. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster a positive culture, and resolve conflicts.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and track employee performance.
Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, PIPs, and employee development.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure policy adherence.
Admin Support: Manage HR reports, attendance, and payroll data.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in HR, ideally in a call center.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Experience with call center operations or performance metrics.
