Key Responsibilities:

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

Skills:
