Description
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as an HR Manager in a reputed import company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
• Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
