We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting our company’s growth and ensuring a productive, positive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and professional development.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes, assist managers with employee evaluations, and provide support for career development planning.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and internal policies. Review and update HR policies and handbooks to align with current legal standards and best practices.
Benefits & Compensation: Oversee employee benefits programs, conduct salary reviews, and recommend adjustments to remain competitive in the industry.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and overall team performance.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and time-to-hire, to support data-driven decision-making.
