Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and attract top talent. Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and professional development. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes, assist managers with employee evaluations, and provide support for career development planning. Policy & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and internal policies. Review and update HR policies and handbooks to align with current legal standards and best practices. Benefits & Compensation: Oversee employee benefits programs, conduct salary reviews, and recommend adjustments to remain competitive in the industry. Training & Development: Identify training needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and overall team performance.
