Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Hiring sales teams and biomedical technicians for used medical equipment in different countries
Managing team targets, commission, bonuses, and other human resource requirements
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in HR management
Proven track record in recruitment, team management, and performance evaluation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
