Description
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage our company's recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The HR Executive will be responsible for creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Create and manage employee referral programs to enhance recruitment efforts.
Update and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions.
Salary:
45,000 to 50,000
