**Position Title:** HR Executive
**Location:** Lahore
**Experience Level:** Fresh to 1 Year
#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Recruitment:** Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- **Employee Relations:** Support employees with HR-related inquiries and provide assistance on policies and procedures.
- **Performance Management:** Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.
- **Training & Development:** Help organize training sessions and maintain records of employee development programs.
- **HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- **Payroll Assistance:** Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee timesheets.
- **Reporting:** Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as needed.
#### Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience:** Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
