Job Title: HR and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management:
o Conduct the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
o Provide training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
o Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment.
o Align team goals with the company's objectives and strategies.
o Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance appraisals.
2. Finance and Accounts Management:
o Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management.
o Prepare financial statements and reports.
o Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial legalities.
o Manage payroll processing and employee benefits.
3. Team Communication and Leadership:
o Maintain effective communication channels within the team.
o Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure team productivity and morale.
o Support staff in achieving individual and team objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in financial management and HR practices.
o Leadership and motivational capabilities.
o Ability to align employees with organizational goals effectively.
