HR Admin Job Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copy).
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Recruitment Support:
Post job advertisements on job portals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Process leave applications and maintain related reports.
Payroll Assistance:
Support payroll processing by providing necessary attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Assist in distribution of salary slips and resolving payroll queries.
HR Documentation:
Prepare offer letters, contracts, experience letters, and other official HR documents.
Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure they are communicated to employees.
Employee Relations:
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Generate regular reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, hiring, etc.
Training & Development:
Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Office Administration Support:
Support general office administrative tasks (e. g. , stationery, ID cards, etc. ).
Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
