Position: HP Printer Technician Reporting to: Technical Manager

Duties
• Install, configure and maintain printers, copiers, scanners, and other imaging devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage daily operations, repair and improve preventive maintenance system.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and cleaning of printers to prevent issues and ensure optimal functioning.
• Monitor and improve print volumes in service branch.
• Customer retention.
Requirements
• Prior experience in handling HP printer repair and maintenance
• Good customer handling and communication skills. Able to give customer instruction.
Skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of telephone systems and computer systems
Education: Diploma in mechanics.
Experience: 5 years of working experience in HP Printers
