We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a dedicated and reliable female to manage customer orders, ensure smooth processing, and keep our customers updated on their order status.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently through our e-commerce platform.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders, including updates on status and shipping details.
- Ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through email or chat.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Update and maintain order tracking in the system.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues or concerns promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- Female candidates preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
