Are you an experienced dispatcher looking for a remote opportunity? We are hiring a Dispatcher with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Canada-USA freight operations.
Work From Home
⏰ Monday to Friday, 11-hour shift
Strong internet and computer required
Responsibilities:
Dispatch pickups and deliveries to drivers
Monitor driver performance and miles
Assist with solutions for driver concerns
Prevent empty mileage & ensure on-time service
Assign trips and movements in the system
Report available trucks & minimize driver delays
Take messages and calls from drivers
Report driver issues & provide schedules
Plan work for the following day
Communicate and resolve issues with customers
Update customers as required
Other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year dispatch experience (Canada/USA)
Knowledge of the transportation industry
Familiarity with dispatch software
Understanding of Canada/US geography
Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Attention to detail & problem-solving ability
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Ability to work independently
