Job Description: Technical Project Manager
Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Salary Range: 80,000 - 120,000 PKR per month
Location: DHA Phase 9 prism lahore
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our AI-powered teaching application. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with teams to create a high-quality product. This is an onsite role, with an immediate joining requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the AI-powered teaching app.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication across all teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Implement best practices in project management, including Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Ensure technical feasibility and coordinate with the development team for smooth project execution.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in software or AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering software projects on time and within scope.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Solid technical background with familiarity in React. js, AI applications, or similar technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
