Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent at ATA ASSOCIATES. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, conducting property visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the real estate market. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will primarily work from our office in Karāchi but have the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
Real estate experience in the real estate industry preferred
Strong customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of real property and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with property management software is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Social media marketing is a plus
Known canva is a plus
