Hiring: Operational Manager for a SaaS & Training Business
About Us:
We are a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Training Business in the trading and
financial education sector. Our business provides automated trading solutions, leading indicators,
trading strategies, and comprehensive training programs for Forex, Crypto, Stocks, and
Commodities traders worldwide. As we expand, we seek a highly experienced and strategic
Operational Manager who can take complete control of daily operations, business growth,
marketing, hiring, and content development while ensuring long-term scalability.
Position Details:
- Position: Operational Manager
- Office Location: Lahore Near Shalamar Garden
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: Performance-Based Share From the Net Profit
- Reporting To: CEO / Founder
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Growth:
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies.
- Streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of SaaS and training services.
- Implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Hiring & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team (content creators, marketers, sales, and
support staff).
- Establish a structured workflow for different departments.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring maximum productivity.
Marketing & Sales Strategy:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and
community building.
- Optimize lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Manage WhatsApp communities, webinars, and masterclass promotions.
- Develop and oversee content strategies for social media, email marketing, Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok, and YouTube growth.
Research & Business Development:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Conduct research on trading strategies, automation tools, and algorithmic trading advancements.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and launch new products and services.
Customer Success & Support:
- Improve customer onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing, and Business Growth.
- Experience in SaaS, Trading, FinTech, or EdTech industries is a major plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Knowledge of automation tools, CRM platforms, and subscription models.
- Experience in hiring and managing content creators, marketers, and support staff.
- Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and improve business strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the trading industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp community management, sales funnels, and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with Myfxbook, TradingView, MT4/MT5, Binance, and trading platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling a SaaS or digital product-based business.
