Travel E Smart is UK (United Kingdom) Based Travel Agency & call center is in DHA Lahore Pakistan. Providing Umrah + Flights + Hotels services to their customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Umrah Travel Consultant (Sales Representative) at Travel E Smart in Lahore. The Umrah Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing expert consulting advice.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel requirements and procedures
At least 2 Years Experience in UK Based Travel Industry
Excellent communication skills
Must know the basics of Galileo/Sabre (GDS)
Ability to work well in a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Arabic language is a plus
9hrs Shift in a day but Timings may vary, we start at 1PM & closed 1AM
Basic salary will be 35k to 50k depending on the skills & experience and up to 100k Commission (depending on your hard work) + bonuses.
Excellent progression opportunities, easily within 6-12 months. Working 6 days a week.
