Job Description: E-commerce Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with courier partners to minimize returns and increase successful deliveries.
- Manage returns and claims processes effectively.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across physical location and Shopify platform.
- Handle payment records and invoicing with courier partners.
- Manage third-party orders and resolve payment-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Finance teams to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using Shopify platform and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree is Business Administration is preferred.
