Description
We’re looking for IELTS teachers who love helping students reach their goals! If you’ve got experience teaching IELTS and you’re looking for an online role with flexible hours, starting on commission but with the chance to move to a salaried position, this could be perfect for you.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with IELTS: Ideally, you’ve been teaching IELTS prep for at least a year (both Academic and General).
Strong English Skills: You should have excellent English—both spoken and written—and be able to give clear feedback that helps students improve.
Student-Focused: We want someone who can personalize lessons and help students progress in all four sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Evening Availability: Our main teaching hours are 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time), but we’re open to flexible hours if you can meet the needs of students who prefer other times.
Comfort with Tech: You should be comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms to run online classes.
Reliable Internet: You’ll need a strong and steady internet connection to ensure smooth, uninterrupted lessons.
Flexible and Adaptable: You’ll be teaching students at different levels, so the ability to adjust your teaching style is key.
Pay: You’ll start on a commission basis, earning based on the number of students you teach, with payments at the end of each month. As you grow with us, there’s the potential to switch to a salary.
IELTS certification is a bonus, but if you’ve got the experience and passion, that’s what we care about most.
