Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Express Dispatch Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the trucking and logistics industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our truck dispatching services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Prospect New Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the trucking and logistics industry. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their dispatching requirements.
• Promote and Sell Services: Present and explain the benefits of our truck dispatching services to potential clients. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our competitive advantages.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely and effective solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:
