What we are looking for:
We are hiring Daraz and Shopify Virtual Assistant to manage our clients' Shopify and Daraz Store Operations smoothly and effectively.
Position: Daraz and Shopify Virtual Assistant
Employment Type: Initially on-job then Remote

Inventory and Order Management
Order Confirmation Calls
Customer Support
Analytics and Reporting
Collaboration and Coordination
Job Specifications:
Education:
Minimum Intermediate also having IT, Marketing, or related fields Knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience managing Daraz and Shopify store operations.
Proven track record in e-commerce operation management, including listing optimization, order management, order confirmations and order processing.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Shopify and Daraz platform management.
Familiarity with Daraz seller center tools and Shopify apps.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e. g. , Canva, Photoshop) for product editing.
MS Excel for reporting.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving and ability to handle pressure during peak sales seasons.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce trends and tools.
Availability to work within office hours, including weekends during sales events and load time.
Shift and Timing:
Only Afternoon: 12pm to 8pm
Working Days: Mon-Sat

This is an office-based job at the initial level and if we see that you are quite able to manage these all responsibilities at the expert level by yourself so then you can work remotely.
We are located at Rahat Commerical Phase-6.
