Company: Vapestation – Leading Vape Store in Pakistan with 2 outlets in Karachi and a strong online presence.
Location: Karachi
Shift: Full-Time, 10 Hours
About the Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Agent for our online business. This is an on-site position focused on assisting customers, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales.
Requirements:
Age: Must be over 25 years old and mature.
Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience in sales, online business, or customer support.
Skills:
Problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in computer usage with fast typing skills.
Basic English communication.
Education: At least Intermediate
Additional:
Must own a bike and smartphone.
Strong work ethic and commitment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Provide personalized product recommendations and close sales effectively.
Aim to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory records accurately.
Pack parcels, coordinate dispatch, and liaise with courier companies.
Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000 (Full-Time, On-Site)
