Description
Security Duties:
Monitor and control access to the premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
Patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
Report any security breaches, incidents, or hazards to the management.
Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are properly locked after hours.
Assist visitors by providing directions and ensuring they follow security protocols.
Cleaning Duties:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Sanitize frequently touched surfaces regularly.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
