D Grocers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grocery Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management of inventory and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily audits of inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing a team of three salesmen to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customers.
Conduct daily audits of inventory and sales to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Supervise and train a team of three salesmen to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Utilize computer systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and generating reports.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Grocery Store Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
Proficiency in using computers and inventory management software.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
