Description
Insight MDCAT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Video Editor to bring our vision to life through compelling visuals and engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to produce content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials for digital and print platforms, aligned with Insight MDCAT’s branding.
Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational purposes, ensuring content is visually appealing and meets project objectives.
Branding Support: Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the Insight MDCAT brand across all materials and platforms.
Motion Graphics: Create eye-catching motion graphics and animations to elevate video content.
Social Media Assets: Develop creative assets tailored for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, and ads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, workshops, and promotional activities as needed.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, and digital marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
File Management: Organize and maintain a library of design files, templates, and video assets for easy access and reuse.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and familiarity with tools like Canva or Final Cut Pro.
Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and interpret briefs and effectively collaborate with team members.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Open to feedback and the ability to adapt designs to meet project requirements.
