1. *Event Branding:*
- Develop the overall visual theme and branding for the event.
- Design the event logo, banners, and signage for physical and digital platforms.
2. *Presentation Design:*
- Create visually engaging presentations and proposals for sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
3. *Marketing Collateral:*
- Design flyers, brochures, posters, and social media graphics for event promotion.
- Work on email templates and digital ads for outreach campaigns.
4. *Expo & Venue Design:*
- Create booth designs, stage backdrops, and standees for the event venue.
5. *Awards Material:*
- Design award certificates, trophies, and event merchandise like lanyards and bags.
6. *Content Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visuals align with the event message and strategy.
7. *Post-Event Coverage:*
- Create highlight videos, social media posts, and thank-you graphics.

### *Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education:*
- Not Required, Hiring Based on skill set
- *Experience:*
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in event management or marketing campaigns.
- *Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CoralDraw , Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar software) are a plus.
- *Soft Skills:*
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
