Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
