About Padel Hour:
Padel Hour is Islamabad’s premier sports facility offering top-tier Padel, Pickleball, and Cricket experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, a welcoming environment, and a seamless booking experience.
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Front Desk & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage bookings, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist customers with bookings and inquiries.
• Handle check-ins, reservations, and customer walk-ins efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the facility.
Bookings & Customer Service:
• Manage online and offline bookings, cancellations, and scheduling.
• Ensure a smooth check-in process and address customer concerns promptly.
• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Operations & Staff Coordination:
• Supervise front desk and support staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of courts and facilities.
Retail & Sales Management:
• Oversee the sports retail counter, managing inventory and sales.
• Promote memberships, special offers, and court packages to customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Event & Marketing Support:
• Assist in organizing tournaments, promotional events, and membership drives.
• Provide insights for improving customer experience and engagement.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• 1-3 years of experience in front desk management, hospitality, or sports facility operations.
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Basic knowledge of booking systems and customer service software.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports and an interest in Padel & Pickleball is a plus!
