Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Female)
Location: Mövenpick Hotel
Salary: PKR 50,000 - 70,000 per month

We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to join our team, dedicated to creating an inviting and efficient experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations both in-person and over the phone
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests
Resolve guest issues with a courteous, professional, and solution-oriented approach
Process payments, maintain records, and handle basic accounting tasks
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar front desk or customer service role is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A positive attitude and a polished, professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
