We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations at our reception area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front desk efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations (if applicable).
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Keep records of visitor logs, bookings, and cash transactions (if required).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager, Receptionist, or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc. ).
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Should be Well-Educated!
