We are seeking both fresh and experienced Call Center Agents to join our evening/night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment that values hardwork and integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in the system.
- Provide detailed info about available services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure punctuality, reliability, and organizational excellence in daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, preferably with an American accent.
- A reliable and punctual work ethic along with strong personal integrity.
- Familiarity with Taxi/Limo dispatch software like Limo Anywhere, iCabbi, or Autocab is a plus.
- Strong customer management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in an 8-hour shift, 6 days a week.
- Training: 3-7 days (extendable based on performance).
Training & Compensation:
- Monthly Package: Fresh: 25K-50K, Experienced: 35K - 90K
- A generous commission structure along with overtime opportunities are also available.
