We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls for our US-based campaign. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products/services
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
