*Job Title: Floral Decorator*
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced and creative Floral Decorator to join our team at Garrison Golf and Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and decorations for events, weddings and daily clubhouse ambiance.
*Responsibilities*
- Design, create and install stunning floral arrangements, centerpieces and decorations.
- Collaborate with event coordinators, brides and clients to understand their vision.
- Select, purchase and maintain fresh flowers, greenery and supplies.
- Ensure timely setup and teardown of event decorations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral design workspace.
- Stay up-to-date with floral trends and techniques.
*Requirements*
- 1+ year of experience in floral design.
- Certification in floral design or a related field.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods and work under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
