I am a professional Fitness Trainer having vast experience in fitness training in the area.
I have coached a number of satisfied clients in;
Aerobic: like running, swimming, skipping, etc.
Strength: such as pushups, lifting weight, etc.
Flexibility: such as stretching exercises, yoga, etc.
Balance: including yoga, tai chi, or walking heel to toe.
Skills:
• Identify the clients’ fitness level and health
• Oversee completion of exercise routines
• Track clients’ physical progress
• Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues
• Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
• Adopt a holistic training approach (e. g. cardiovascular exercise, strength)
• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
• Handle nutrition and health-related questions
• Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Sessions in group or personal sessions available. You can either take the sessions in our gym or at your desired place such as home, office, etc.
