Job Responsibilities:
1.1 Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accurate financial records.
1.2 Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
1.3 Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
1.4 Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
1.5 Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
1.6 Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
1.7 Manage payroll processes and employee reimbursements.
1.8 Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
1.9 Stay updated on accounting standards and industry best practices.
1.10 Support financial planning and budgeting activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounts/Finance.
Job Experience: 6 months to 1 year in NVOCC/Main Line.
