Description
Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of Figma, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to create cohesive digital products.
Create high-quality UX/UI designs that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
Develop design systems and maintain component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs and improve functionality.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterations.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.
Work efficiently within project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. ).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning digital experiences.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in designing for web, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design challenges.
Ability to create animations and micro-interactions using Figma or related tools.
