One of my Friend is Hiring for the Position of Field Sales Specialist!
NexGen Solutions, a Lahore-based digital services & products company is looking for a talented Field Sales Specialist to join their team.
:
• Develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales targets.
• Conduct presentations and demos, effectively communicating the value proposition of NexGen's SaaS product.
• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Complete daily pitching targets.
:
• Minimum 6 Months of outside sales experience with a successful track record.

We value Experience & Skills over formal education.
• Good communication, presentation, public speaking, and convincing skills.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and a strategic approach to closing deals.

• Salary Upto 50-70k
• Basic Salary PKR 20,000 per month.
• Commission of PKR 5,000 on every subscription.
• No Sales Target, Just Pitching Targets.
• Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Only 6-hour work day (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
• Overtime pay for Saturday work.
