Salary: PKR 32,000 - 35,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Contractual
Education: Minimum Intermediate; Graduates preferred
Age Limit: 30-35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Sales Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to target potential clients
Promote and sell our products and services effectively
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain and build customer relationships with excellent service
Report daily progress and insights from field activities
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
Education level: Minimum Intermediate (Graduates preferred)
Age range: 30-35 years
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with local routes and territory knowledge is a plus
