Job Details:
• Position: Call Center Representative
• Location: Wah Cantt
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Environment: Comfortable, friendly, and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Provide information and assistance to customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Must have excellent communication skills in Urdu (English will be a plus).
