*Position:* Female Visa Counselor
*Location:* 143-G, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide professional visa counseling to clients seeking student visas and visit visas.
- Assess clients' eligibility and offer guidance on visa options and processes.
- Assist clients with visa application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities as needed.
- Track and manage all ongoing cases, ensuring timely updates and communication with clients.
*Requirements:*
- *Gender:* Female
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field).
- *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa counseling or a related field.
- *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- *Skills:* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- *Personality:* Professional, patient, and customer-focused.
- *Knowledge:* Familiarity with visa regulations and application processes for major destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
- *Computer Literacy:* Proficiency in MS Office and online application platforms.
