Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Female Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process and ensuring compliance with all legal and documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in choosing the appropriate visa category based on their needs.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, policies, and procedures.
Review and verify clients’ documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to manage the application process.
Maintain detailed client records and manage follow-ups effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on changes in immigration and visa policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in visa consultancy, immigration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with student visas, work permits, or tourist visa applications.
Knowledge of international immigration laws and procedures.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
