Job Overview:
We are looking for a Supervisor cum Teacher Trainer to manage our online Quran classes and provide teacher training. This role also includes assisting HR with recruitment and interviews for 2 hours daily. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth class operations, support teachers, and maintain effective communication with students and parents.
Responsibilities:
Supervise online Quran classes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Guide and train teachers to improve teaching quality.
Manage schedules to connect students and teachers on time.
Monitor progress of students and teachers, including homework, tests, and trial classes.
Communicate with students, parents, and teachers to address issues.
Handle schedule changes or delays promptly.
Assist HR in recruiting and interviewing teachers (2 hours daily).
Use tools like Google Meet and Zoom to support learning.
Perform administrative tasks related to classes.
Requirements:
Dars-e-Nizami degree or equivalent qualification in Islamic studies.
Basic computer skills, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Excel.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
You must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Skills:
Leadership and teamwork abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods.
Benefits:
Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000
Work From Home
Shift Timing:
Night Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:30 AM (PST), Monday to Saturday
Includes 2 hours daily for HR-related tasks.
