JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
Provide excellent customer service by attending to passengers' needs and inquiries.
Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
Demonstrate safety procedures and assist passengers during boarding and deplaning.
Manage in-flight services, including meal and beverage distribution.
Address and resolve any in-flight issues or emergencies as per company procedures.
Promote a positive and professional image of the airline at all times.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-
Female applicants only, as per the airline's operational requirements.
Age between 18 and 40 years (or as per airline policy).
Minimum height of 5.2
High school diploma or equivalent FA, FSC / BA, BSC
Fluent in Urdu, English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
