Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Maintain confidential files and ensure data accuracy.
• Support in organizing events, meetings, and office activities.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an office secretary or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
