Skytrek Tours is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support Specialist (Female, Age 21-26) to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. The selected candidate will handle daily customer queries, convert leads into sales, and provide guidance about our travel packages. She will also create Instagram posts using Canva and play a key role in enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Guide customers on available travel packages and provide detailed information.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales and bookings.
• Use Canva to design and post visually appealing content for Instagram.
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
• Collaborate remotely with the Skytrek Tours team for better customer service and sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Female candidate, aged 21-26, based in Bahawalpur.
• Previous experience in handling customer queries and sales.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating social media posts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Passion for travel and understanding of tourism packages is a plus.
